Lila’s Haunted Asylum Misadventure – Part 2 – Releana’s Path

L

Releana stood still for several seconds as the other two hurried off toward their designated buildings.  For a moment she had started to protest, but shook her head instead.  “I’m not afraid, damn it!  I’m better than this!” she thought, taking a deep breath before she headed toward the building on the left.  It was the smallest of the three, and she hurried through the overgrown parking area toward it.  It didn’t take her too long to search the outside of the building, finding a few doors leading in, lots of barred, broken windows, but nothing that looked like a way down.  From what she could see, it was some kind of an office where records were kept, at least on the end closest to the gate,

However, as she came to the rear of the building, the windows were much more sparse, and the ones she could see through didn’t reveal much besides dark rooms beyond, filled with vague shapes of furniture, sometimes in piles, sometimes only a single piece.  Looking over her shoulder, she didn’t see Lila or Kori.  She stepped from foot to foot, looking at her comm, seeing that only about six minutes had passed.  “Come on, Rel, you’re not afraid of this crap…”

Taking another moment to gather herself, she stepped up to one of the doors nearest to one of the rear windows.  It was partially open, very overgrown, but mustering herself, Releana pushed, and it swung open on rusty hinges with another unsettling squeal.  The limited sunlight from outside didn’t reach far, but she saw peeling paint on the walls, and several gurneys strewn about, covered in dust, cobwebs, and probably some kind of mold.

Flipping the light on her comm, she stepped into the hallway.  Oddly, the first door she saw was at the far end of the hall, on the other side of the building, but as she took a few steps further in, she spotted other doors to her left and right, both with card readers dangling from decayed wires beside the doors. The right hand door drew her interest more, though, as it seemed to be set into a more reinforced frame of rusted metal rather than the wood of the other door.

Looking around before she approached it, just to reassure herself, she gave the door an experimental push, and it swung easily, if loudly, inward, despite the bunched up, dirty carpet on the floor in front of it.  Gulping, Releana brought up her light, shining it into the darkened room.  “That’s…odd…”

In the room before her were several shelves and crates, and she could easily identify several straitjackets, leather cuffs and straps of different sizes laying about.  Given that this was an old asylum, those items didn’t seem out of place.  What did seem out of place were the chains hanging from the ceiling, the X-shaped crosses on the wall with the attached cuffs at the ends of the Xs, the wooden horse with dark stains along the raised edge, and a handful of other devices that seemed more at home in a sex dungeon…not unlike the BDSM club she worked in, granted, but still, it was odd to see them in what was supposed to have been a hospital.  What was perhaps more strange was the lack of dust in the room; it seemed almost pristine, just a faint bit of dust here and there.

Releana suddenly felt like someone was watching her, and turned her head, seeing nobody in the direction she had come in from, just the open door she’d come through.  Gulping, she looked the opposite direction down the hall.

A hazy, ghostly face with a wickedly wide and unnatural grin upon its lips stood in front of her.

“Ahhh!” Releana staggered as she tried to turn from the face, getting twisted up in the carpet and falling into the storage room, landing on her ass, her comm clattering across the floor behind her.  Heart pounding in her chest, she looked back at the door, but saw nothing aside from motes of dust in the dim light that made it to the door.

Panting, Releana remained motionless for several moments, sweat trickling down her brow.  When nothing else came around the door, she blew out her breath more slowly and shook her head.  “Good one, Rel…total freak out on something that can’t hurt you.  Awesome.  What would Lila think of you nearly pissing yourself?”  Following up with a few curses, glad that at least Lila and Kori hadn’t seen her stupidity, she looked behind her, trying to spot her comm.

At first she didn’t see it, just darkness in the room behind her, but then she saw a hint of light behind one of the lower shelves.  Leaning down, she looked around a stack of smaller boxes, and saw that her phone had slid all the way to the other side of the shelf, up against one of the crates.  With an annoyed grunt, she picked herself up and made her way around some storage boxes and restraint gear, squeezing past the shelf.  Once she picked up the comm, the light revealed another doorway ahead of her on the other side of the room, standing part way open.

As she considered whether to go to the door or not, the slap of a riding crop on flesh made her head snap up.  Certain that she was hearing things, she was about to dismiss it when she heard another one, followed by several females laughing.  Gripping her comm tightly, she slowly turned her head toward the sound, toward the left side of the roomt.  Though she hadn’t heard any footsteps, as she turned, she saw no less than a half dozen humans, five of them dressed in skimpy nurse uniforms, the sixth a male patient, pleading for mercy around a ball gag.

Eyes wide, Releana was motionless as she watched the nurses manhandle their male patient, moving him to one of the crosses that leaned against the wall, spreading his arms and legs and cuffing them in place.  All of them had a faint, ethereal glow to them, and the cuffs dangling from the cross didn’t seem to move, despite what she saw. Was it just one of those past echoes?

“Stupid man, what were you thinking, trying to leave your room?”

“Maybe he’s wanting punishment, eh?  You’d have to be some special kind of stupid otherwise.”

“You know it!  This is the most attention he’s gotten from women in his life!”

With several more insults being thrown at the man, one of the nurses cracked the riding crop in her palm to silence the others.  “Now now, girls.  He’s a patient here, and we simply need to adjust the treatment.  FIrst, that thing between his legs needs to be dealt with before he gets any ideas.  Patients, especially male patients, aren’t allowed to cum, after all.”  Another nurse soon had a chastity cage locked around the man’s cock, the flesh of his member pressing through the metal cage, his moans sounding pained.

“Now that we’re safe from this pervert, girls, we can begin treatment proper.  I think a few doses of aphrodisiacs are appropriate, followed by several minutes of relentless teasing to set the proper mood before the electro-shock treatment is started.”  The assembled nurses laughed, and the man quivered fearfully before the scene faded, leaving that side of the room dark.

That was certainly not normal for a mental hospital, or any hospital for that matter.  Gulping, and finding her mouth dry, Releana snapped her comm up and smashed the transmit button.  “Uh, Lila, Kori, are you there?  Guys?”

There was a burst of static, and no response.

“Fuck.”

Trying to figure out if she was somehow working the device wrong, Releana brought the screen up, toggled a few settings, and tried again to reach out to Lila and Kori, but got nothing but static.  She turned toward the door she had stumbled through, intent on getting out of the building, just as it slammed shut.

Standing in front of the door, one arm across the door,  was that wickedly grinning face again, this time attached to the body of a doctor, pale and ghostly, the wideness of his mouth unsettling.  “Patients shouldn’t be in here!  Nurse!”

Releana was stunned as she felt strong, cold hands on her arms, jerking them behind her, the comm getting knocked free of her grip on it. Her head darted from one side to the other, and she saw two ghostly nurses.  She screamed, jerking against their chill grasp, and kicked at them, but her legs went right through theirs, leaving her feeling strangely cold and tingly.

The doctor was suddenly a few feet in front of her, and she screamed again, her muscles tightening as she poured all her strength into breaking free, jerking her upper body from side to side.  Somehow it worked, and she staggered to the side, knocking over several boxes as she scrambled toward the door she had spotted earlier, shouldering through it and into a dimly lit hallway, multiple doors on either side.

Slamming the door shut behind her, not sure if it’d make any difference to ghosts, Releana ran down the hall.  Glancing into one room, the door hanging from one hinge, she saw a ghostly female patient sitting in the center of the floor, restrained by a heavy straitjacket and leg-binder.  As she spotted what could have been an exit on the far end, she broke into a dead run, only to skid to a halt as a trio of nurses, one almost as big as she was, stepped from the room to her left.

As the nurses started toward her, Releana skidded to a halt and wheeled about, and ran the other way, shouldering into another slightly ajar door, and down another hallway, through another random door, seeing a room with old, rusty bed frames, each occupied by a tightly restrained ghostly patient with various devices strapped to them, male and female.  She went into the room across the hall from it as the door was already open, spotting an old desk and some wheelchairs.  She hopped over the desk and quickly backed under it, struggling to keep her breathing quiet.

“She went this way!”  called one of the nurses, and somehow she could hear their ghostly footsteps running down the hall past the room.

Taking a moment to get her bearings, Releana huffed quietly, dismayed that there wasn’t a window in this room.  Giving it a few more minutes before she dared to move, she eased out from under the desk and looked toward the door.  Seeing nothing, she got to her feet as silently as her big frame could and peeked out into the hallway to either side.  “I’ve got to get out of here…”  No matter what Lila had said about ghosts being harmless, she wasn’t taking any chances now after they’d grabbed hold of her. Not just that, the nurses tried to restrain her.  What else could they do?

Releana started into the hall, trying to keep her footsteps light, not an easy thing given her muscular build and height.  As she tried to retrace her steps, she realized that she wasn’t sure which doors she had come through.

It didn’t take long before she realized she was lost, looking into one unfamiliar room after the other, avoiding the gaze of ghostly patients and the nurses tormenting them.  It also didn’t take long before she had to run from another trio of nurses, managing to hide behind a stack of old bed frames and soiled mattresses that had been turned into some kind of animal nests at some point in the past.

After a few more run-ins with the nurses, and a jog up one set of stairs and down another, Releana was a sweaty mess, hunkered down inside a shower stall with broken tile and rusty chains hanging from the ceiling.  “Where’s the outside?  How big is this building?!” she panted, certain that she should have reached an outer wall or seen a window by now.  The light inside was dim and gloomy, completely dark in some of the rooms she had been in.  The nurses seemed to be showing up more frequently too, and she had no idea where she was running toward, or how much longer she could keep hiding.  That last pair had almost got her, one snatching her legs while the other had tried to pull her down.  Somehow she’d managed to shake them off, but she was starting to feel fatigued.  Were their frigid touches sapping her strength?

Releana sucked in her breath, hearing footsteps outside the shower room.  She pressed her back against the wall of the shower stall, heart pounding as the footsteps stopped in the doorway.  After a tense wait, sweat pouring down her brow, Releana heard the footsteps again, moving away and down the hall.  She slowly blew out her breath, having narrowly avoided another patrol.

She got to her feet, and started to ease back toward the door when the room shimmered around her.  Over a dozen silently screaming ethereal people appeared around her, patients chained into the shower stalls.  Moments later the showers turned on, filling the room with ethereal steam.

However, when the water struck her, though it didn’t get her wet, Releana felt it, the sensation of ice-cold water flooding over her, right through her clothes.  She couldn’t help herself, a startled yelp escaping her as she hastily stepped away from the showers.  She slapped her hands over her mouth as the vision of the past faded almost as suddenly as it had started, but it was too late.  She could already hear the footsteps running from outside, and sure enough a quartet of phantom nurses appeared at the doorway, including the big one that had been chasing her the whole time.

“Stay away from me!” Releana screamed, hoping against hope that maybe Lila or Kori could hear her, and reared back, throwing a punch at the largest of the nurses that rushed her, her fist going harmlessly through the ghost’s head, though the ghost easily snatched her arm, wrenching it behind her and grabbing Releana in a firm chokehold, her own thick legs entwining with Releana’s to keep her stationary and off balance.

The other nurses were on her a moment later as Releana continued to fight with the big nurse, unable to get any kind of leverage to free herself, let alone breathe.  She felt their hands upon her, ripping her clothes away from her body in moments with supernatural ease.  Before she could fully grasp what was going on, she only had her boots and socks on, though the nurses weren’t content with allowing her just that.

As she struggled to breathe under the iron grip of the big nurse, Releana saw several restraints appear in the hands of the other nurses, the kind that looked heavy duty enough to keep her in check.  First two nurses forced her hands into a pair of brown, padded leather mittens, strapping them down tightly at her wrists.  The third nurse held a dark brown leather straitjacket with several obvious reinforcements sewn into it, and Releana’s arms were quickly forced into its sleeves.  Despite her attempts at struggling, the nurses deftly guided it up her arms and soon had it pulled around her, tightening the straps down her back.

The jacket seemed to be a bit too small for Releana, or they were just getting the straps that tight.  Another pair of straps were secured around her wrists, at the base of the mittens,  before her arms were crossed in front of her, the arm strap tightened down at her back, followed by the front strap that secured her arms together.  Another pair of cuffs were secured at her upper arms, and a strap between them was tightened behind her back, further restricting her struggles. The thick crotch strap followed, getting jerked tightly between Releana’s legs enough to make her wince and groan, the leather rough against her sensitive lower lips.

With her upper body restrained, the nurses turned their attention to Releana’s legs, each taking hold of one leg.  The remaining nurse removed her hiking boots and socks, securing a pair of stout leather cuffs around her ankles before feeding a strap between them.  The nurses guided Releana into a lower position, and the long strap that was fed through the ankle cuffs was brought between her legs at her front, and secured around her back.  She was pushed to her knees, and the strap grew even tighter, making sure that she wouldn’t be able to get into a standing position.

The larger nurse eased her hold on Releana’s neck, allowing her to gasp for air.  However, the nurse that had handled securing her feet wasted no time, shoving Releana’s sweaty socks into her mouth. Releana’s initial reaction was to gag as the wet cloth was pushed between her lips, filling her mouth to the limit.  A panel gag with a head harness appeared in the nurse’s hands, and was quickly fitted over Releana’s head, tightened down just as tight as the rest of the straps.  At last, the big nurse let go of her neck, and the final strap, forming the collar of the straitjacket was secured.

The nurses drug Releana back into an awkward sitting position, her knees raised, legs bent almost so that her ankles touched her thighs, her ankles pulled back near her crotch thanks to the strap.  She screamed into the gag, not very loud thanks to her socks, as the ghostly forms watched over her with smug grins on their faces, leaving her to jerk at her bonds, kicking her feet.  One of the nurses gave a haughty laugh, holding out her hand and snapping her fingers.  Releana grunted as she heard the rapid click of multiple locks, all of them appearing to secure her straps and cuffs even further.

Groaning helplessly, Releana huffed for air around her thick and foul-tasting sock gag, the tight bindings too much for her to break free of.  The ghost nurses laughed at her through much of this, adding to her humiliation.  With her struggles tired out, the smaller nurses faded from view, leaving the large one.  As Releana sagged against the tight leather, the large nurse grabbed hold of the straps at Releana’s back, and started dragging her along the tiled floor like a sack of potatoes.

Feeling a sense of dread wash over her, Releana turned her head to look at where they were heading, and saw an ethereal shimmer over the shower room door, filled with a foggy haze.  She let out another muffled cry as the nurse brought her toward it, squeezed her eyes shut, and felt an icy chill wash over her as they passed through it.

Opening her eyes as the chill faded, Releana watched as a heavy set of double doors swung shut, the nurse still dragging her along the floor.  There was a loud mechanical sound as locks engaged on the door, and a light panel went red to either side of the frame.  To her left and right were multiple cell doors, the paint in a much nicer shape than the areas above, with numbers clearly emblazoned on them, along with names of the patients.

After what seemed a long journey, the big nurse paused, shifting Releana slightly on the floor.  “Here we go…a room just for you.  The treatments will begin once you’ve settled in.”

Releana feared to look, but turned her head toward the door, and let out a startled moan.  Below the large number on the door, 135, she clearly saw her name appear on the door, ‘Veylani, Releana’.  The nurse pressed the panel next to the door, which slid upward, and drug Releana inside, her rear shifting from cold tile to cold padding.  The nurse deposited her in the corner of the padded cell, crouching down to stroke Releana’s cheek before fading into a ghostly mist.  The door slid downward a moment later, slamming into place with a worrying air of finality to it, several locks engaging, leaving Releana helplessly bound and trapped in a windowless cell that somehow had just enough light to let her see her surroundings, and just how helpless she truly was…
